Absolutely! Your bins will be picked up from your home and delivered to our secure facility and checked in within a few short hours. Our Delivery partners must pass a safety screening that consists of professional third-party background and DMV checks. The storage location is a secure controlled facility monitored 24/7 with onsite security.
Roundtrips are designed for people who want to temporarily interact with their bin contents. A great use case for a check out would be if you are storing seasonal decorations. You can check out a bin, we will deliver it, and you can let us know when you're ready for us to pick it up and return it to secure storage! You have up to 4 months to return it to storage before it expires and is removed from your account as an active bin.
Roundtrips can retrieve and return a bin for $20, and can typically be done the same day with a 4 hour window any day of the week!
Final Returns mark the end of the storage for your bin(s).


So, you can store anything and everything that will fit in our bin, however, we do have a list of prohibited items which are not suitable for safe storage.

  • Avoid reusing old bins or your own bins. Please use only Storage on Demand provided bins and materials.
  • It is important to completely fill empty space within the bin to avoid contents moving during transit which can cause damage to both contents and bin.
  • Place void filler on the base of the bin and around the items you are packing, ensuring that there are no gaps or movement.
  • When choosing void filling materials, always ensure that they would provide sufficient support for the weight of the shipment contents. Some materials may sink or deflate under the weight of the content, which may eventually leave empty space inside the bin.
  • Always place items being packed in the center of the bin with at least 6cm of separation from any external walls or corners.
  • When packing multiple items in a single package, always wrap each item individually.
  • Small or loose items should be placed in an inner container, or plastic bag, to avoid the items separating during transportation and storage.
  • Our service ensures bin size, weight, capacity, and labeling are uniform and exact. Bins are delivered pre-labeled with the information required for us to move and store them securely and safely. Any other bins, boxes, or loose items cannot be picked up by our delivery partners.
    We've built a bin specific program with storage space designed to house your bins safely and securely. They are spacious but manageable, with ease of use and portability in mind. No tape required, attached lid with zip ties included. All storage items will need to be placed in these bins and the lid securely sealed to ensure safe transport in our network.
    If you find that you need just a few more bins, no problem. Just go back into your account and order the number of bins you need to complete the job. Make sure you have all the bins you need before you request the free pick-up.
    Sure! Just go to your account on our website, place an order for more bins and your preferred storage term, and that's it. The bins will be delivered to you, and you can store more stuff!
    If you are confident that you have no more stuff to store, and still have extra bins left over, you can return them for a refund. Just include the empty bins with your storage pickup.


    That is up to you! Your bins should either be ready at the door for pick up, or placed outside in a visible place free from the elements of weather.
    Please understand that we can enter and service high-rise and apartment buildings, but will not enter private residence such as a house. The bins should be easily available for the driver in this case.

  • Our delivery partners are not permitted to enter homes, garages, or other structures due to liability and contract regulations. If you will not be home, the bins will need to be made available, and visible, for retrieval. You will receive a confirmation that the bins have been picked up.
    Order from 1 to as many as you need to finish your clean-up project.
    Yes! You can photograph and list the inventory in each bin at the time of packing/before pickup. This is all done in your account. If you need 1 or more bins back, you can submit a recall request with the bin numbers, and we will setup a return delivery at a date that works for you! Next day delivery applies in most areas if you make the request by 3:00pm the day before, but does not apply to Sundays and extended rural locations.


    Included in your purchase is the storage space, the bins, and the transportation. You are paying only for the space you need. You own the bins and can keep them when your items are returned.
    We will notify you in advance of your storage term expiry with renewal options, and if you choose not to renew, your bins will be returned to your home address on file.
